What do I get for $79?
Each premium theme costs $79 USD and includes the downloadable theme ZIP, a license for one Shopify store, and updates released within 12 months of purchase.
Is this a one-time payment?
Yes. Your theme purchase is a one-time payment. You can continue using your downloaded version on your licensed store after the first 12 months. Access to further updates requires renewal.
New releases do not automatically update a customized copy installed on your store. Purchases made under earlier terms retain their original commitments.
Can I preview a theme, and how do I choose the right one?
Yes. Explore the demo linked from each theme’s product page before buying. Compare its layouts, navigation, product presentation, and built-in features with your catalog and the way your customers shop.
How do I download and install my theme?
After purchase, download your theme ZIP and upload it in Shopify under Online Store > Themes. Use the theme editor to add your content and adjust the settings, then preview and test your store before publishing.

Can I use the theme on multiple stores?
Each purchase covers one Shopify store. Additional stores require separate purchases, and no license key or activation is required.
Your license allows you to use the theme on your store; it does not allow you to resell, redistribute, share, or offer the theme as your own product. See our terms of service for the full license terms.
Do I need coding skills, and what can I customize?
No coding is needed for standard setup. You can adjust colors, typography, content, sections, and the theme’s available settings through Shopify’s theme editor.
Changes beyond the built-in options, such as a new feature or a custom layout, may require development work.
Will the theme work with my Shopify apps?
Compatibility depends on how each app integrates with the storefront and which theme features it needs. If an app is essential to your store, check our support forum for existing answers or ask there with the app and theme names before purchasing. You can also use the contact form so we can help you check the requirements.
Can I use a theme for a client store?
Yes. Designers, developers, and agencies can use a purchased theme for a client project. Each client store needs its own theme license; one purchase does not cover multiple client stores.
What support is included, and how do I get help?
We can help with installation, theme functionality, and bugs. Custom implementation and modifications are outside standard support.
Our support forum is the preferred way to get help. Check the guides and existing discussions first, as your question may already be answered. If you need more help, post your theme name and a clear description of the issue so the answer can help other merchants too.
You can also reach us through the contact form. Use it for private purchase or download issues, and keep order details, credentials, and store-access information out of public forum posts.
Can I request a refund?
If a significant technical issue makes the theme unusable for its intended purpose and support cannot resolve it or provide a working solution, you may be eligible for a refund requested within 30 days of purchase, subject to our refund policy.
Eligibility also requires that the theme has not been used to create or publish a live store, has not been heavily modified, and that you have not violated our terms. Change of mind is not eligible. Read the full policy before purchasing.
Do you offer free themes and snippets?
Yes. KS Origin is our free Shopify theme, and we also offer a curated collection of free snippets for adding useful features to your store. Check each resource’s requirements and compatibility before installing it.
